Adding Headers/Footers

The Header and Footer tabs allow you to create headers and footers that will appear when your report is run.  You can create headers and footers that will appear only on the first and last pages, or repeating headers/footers that appear on all pages.

Report Fields

The Report Fields list includes all fields (selected and calculated) from the Details tab where the Header/Footer option is checked.  You can drag any of these fields into the Header/Footer areas to include them when you print the PMWeb report.

Repeating Header/ Footer Region

Any text or fields in the Repeating Header will print at the top of all pages of the PMWeb Report.  Any text or fields in the Repeating Footer will appear at the bottom of all pages of the PMWeb Report.

Header/ Footer Region

Any text or fields in the Header region will appear at the top of the first page of the PMWeb Report.  Any text or fields in the Footer Region will appear at the bottom of the last page of the PMWeb report.
