Currency

This module is used to setup currency including default and current conversion rates.
 
Navigation Path:  Portfolio>Setup>Currency

Add

Click Add to add a new currency.

Currency Details

Enter the following:
  • ID:  this is a unique identifier for the currency.
  • Currency:  This is the description of the currency.
  • Symbol:  Enter the symbol PMWeb will display.
  • Symbol Position:  Indicate whether the symbol will be placed to the right or the left of the value.
  • Default Rate:  Enter the default exchange rate.
  • Current Rate:  Enter the current exchange rate.
  • Default:  Check whether this currency will be the default currency used in the projects (this may be edited on a project-by-project basis). 
  • PMWeb Word Decimal Name:  Enter the decimal name.
  • PMWeb Word Decimal Places:  Enter the decimal places.
 
When all data entry for the new currency is complete, click on the Save icon.
