Link Project Schedule without PMWeb Scheduling Module

You can link your Primavera or MS Project Schedule to link to other PMWeb Modules without licensing the PMWeb Scheduling Module.

Link Schedule

Press to open the "Link Schedule" dialogue box

Schedule Type

Select the type of schedule to be linked

Browse

Browse out to find the XML file to be linked

Upload

Click to upload the XML schedule file and show the list of schedule items

Import WBS codes

Select to import the items listed in the WBS Code column

Update Previously Linked Tasks

Select to update previously linked schedule tasks.  If not checked, new line items will be created.

Save and Exit

Click to complete the upload and close the "Link Schedule" dialogue box
