NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)

The Planning module has the ability to utilize a Non Disclosure Agreement for bidding purposes.  Bidders can be required to accept an NDA before they can access their Online bid.

Header Information

Fill in the necessary information: * denotes a required field
  • Description    
  • Type (if required).  Type fields are setup in Portfolio>Lists.
  • Category (if required).  Category fields are setup in Portfolio>Lists.
  • Default.  Check this field if this NDA will be the default for procurement.

Text Area

 
Use the text area to type or paste your NDA. Once you entered your text, click on the Save again to save your changes.
 
Note: you can use word processing tools to format your text.

Save

Click 3. Save to save your assembly record.
