PBS

 
PBS is provides an additional piece of metadata to graphically categorize your projects. 
It is used to create an unlimited user-defined tree structure that you can drag and drop your projects onto to classify them.
 
Navigation Path:  Portfolio>Setup>PBS

Add

Right click on the node you wish to add a PBS level to.  Click on Add PBS. 
Enter the Code, Description and click Save.

Import

Use the Import option to map and import PBS codes from an existing Excel spreadsheet.
