Project Users

Under the Project Users tab, Security groups and or Individual Users are assigned to Projects versus Projects being assigned to Security Groups or Individual Users.

User Groups and Users

User groups and individual members of the Security Group can be viewed group by clicking on the button next to the Security Group.

Programs and Projects

Programs and Projects can be viewed by clicking on the button next to the Program (or system) Icon.  (Members already assigned will be displayed in this pane.) 
To assign users to a program or project, drag and drop the user/group located in the left hand panel onto the System/Program/Project icon located in the right hand panel.
