BI Reporting

 
The BI Reporting Module contains all of the standard PMWeb Reports and Forms as well as any custom created reports. 
 
The Reports and Forms are organized by their respective modules and are used to output the information that has been entered into those modules. These reports are also available in each module by clicking on the Printer/BI reporting icon.

Expand

Hit the "+" to expand the folder structure.

Select

Select the report that you would like to run.

Single Project Select Arrows

To run the report against specific projects, select the project and use the single arrow to move it to the selected (left) or not-selected (right) box.

All Projects Select Arrows

To run the report against all projects, use the double arrows to move all projects to the selected (left) or not-selected (right) box.

Preview

Press to preview the selected report against the selected project(s).

Save

Press to save the selected projects for the next time you run the report.
