CollaborationThe Collaborate tab allows users to collaborate on a record instead of using workflow. It allows users to select who the record will be sent to, establishes due dates for responses and sets record privileges within the collaboration session. Responders receive email notifications and collaboration requests are shown in the user's Collaboration inbox on their home page.
