Grouping within a Report

 
When the PMWeb Report is run, it can be grouped by any field or fields used on the details tab. Once grouped, the group footer will show subtotals for any fields that were set up with subtotals on the details tab.

Selected Fields

This area will show a column for each of the fields (selected and calculated) from the Details tab.

Grouping Area

Drag the column header for any field or fields that you would like to group the report by.

Save Layout

Save layout to retain grouping.
