PORTFOLIO
The PMWeb Portfolio Module serves 3 major functions:

Setting up lists of information that can be used throughout the PMWeb application.

Setting up security for PMWeb users

Viewing data across the portfolio and drilling down to underlying information
This module is also used by your PMWeb Administrator to make changes (drop down options, security access, etc.) across your entire PMWeb database.
PMWeb Portfolio
A PMWeb portfolio is defined as the database that contains it. Each portfolio can contain many programs and each program can contain many projects. A powerful and unique feature of PMWeb is that you are able to view and input data at all three of these levels.
