Portfolio View

 
PMWeb allows users to view projects in a variety of ways. In Portfolio View, users can view projects filtered by portfolio, program, or individual projects. Projects can also be grouped by any of the columns. PMWeb users can save their customized layouts to their specific filtering criteria.

Portfolio View

Portfolio

Select this option to view projects in the portfolio format which is the grid type view shown above .

Map View

Select this option to view projects in the map view format with each project being represented by a pin point on a Google map.

Column Grouping

Drag and drop any of the columns into this row, to create groupings by that column.

Program

Select from the drop down list one or more programs to filter the projects by, in the portfolio view.

Project

Select from the drop down list one or more projects to be displayed in portfolio view.

Currency

Select from the drop down list one or more currencies to filter projects by, in the portfolio view.

Refresh

Click refresh to see the filtering applied from steps #2, #3 and #4.

Layouts

Click to save the portfolio layout configured by the PMWeb user. The saved layout, including filtering, column groupings, and column location changes will display each time the user accesses portfolio view.
