Workflow

 
Every record form in PMWeb has the ability to have an approval or process workflow assigned to it. This workflow facilitates the routing and approval of data entered into the system. Workflows are predefined by the PMWeb Administrator and conform with FP&D policies and procedures. If the form you are working with does not contain a "Workflow" tab, it means workflow has not been set up and will not be used for that particular record type. 
 
Workflow provides automation and accoutability to our processes allowing us to track Facilities Service Requests, Furniture Requests, and projects through the various stages of completion.  Only Compass Administrators will have access to alter workflow processes.
